授業科目の内容

応用力をつけることを目的とした、通常のクラスよりも難易度が高いクラスです。

As the title suggests the primary focus of the course is to improve the student's writing skills. Through both the ‘process’ and ‘genre’ approaches to the teaching of writing, students will gradually develop their writing skills from paragraph level up to being capable of producing a short essay. Naturally, all three styles of writing will be examined: narrative, descriptive and expository. Although the main intention is to improve writing skills, the course will also feature pair-work discussion, listening comprehension and vocabulary extension.

There is no core text, all materials will be provided by the instructor.
